Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Bulk Driver to join our Soft FM division, working across the Midlands. You will drive a Luton vehicle, collect and dispose of bulky waste, and perform grounds maintenance and cleaning duties.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and comfort driving a Luton vehicle. Experience in waste collection or outdoor work, and a willingness to handle physical tasks, is preferred. Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4pm, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Confident driving a Luton vehicle across the Midlands.
• Previous experience in waste collection, grounds maintenance, cleaning or similar practical roles.
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical duties.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team under a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Luton vehicle to sites across the Midlands.
• Collect, load and remove bulky waste.
• Manage waste disposal and tipping.
• Carry out grounds maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Ensure the vehicle is operated safely and waste is loaded correctly.
