About this role

This boutique west London practice has an opportunity for a middleweight interior architect or interior designer to join their team. Their projects focus on craftsmanship and materiality, and for this reason, the practice has built a reputation for designing imaginative and well-considered residential schemes. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work on a variety of projects at different sizes and stages; providing the perfect opportunity to grow your skillset quickly and build on your project management experience from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing original and creative design concepts and schemes
• Preparing technical drawing packages and collating schedules of design information from finishes to sanitary ware and ironmongery
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Designing bespoke and customised furniture and lighting when necessary

Skills & Experience

• Advanced organisational skills, skilled project management, and efficient time management
• Experience producing detailed drawing and technical packages in Vectorworks
• Experience in designing and quality control of bespoke furniture
• Patience and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Creative flair and enthusiasm
• Extensive knowledge of product design and materials
