Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Elevate and Champion Brand Identity - Ensure consistency across all touchpoints by upholding and evolving visual identity, including colour, typography, and design systems.
  • Deliver Versatile Creative Assets - From dynamic event branding to engaging digital content, produce high-quality designs from concept to execution.
  • Ignite Creative Innovation - Develop and present strong creative concepts, ensuring innovative and engaging design solutions that align with brand objectives.
  • Streamline Design Workflow - Manage assets and templates to ensure a smooth and efficient creative process.
  • Collaborate & Inspire - Work alongside talented creatives, inspiring others and contributing to a vibrant, positive team culture.

What we're looking for in you:

The Successful Applicant

  • Creative Expertise & Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in event branding, brand identity, motion design, and marketing collateral.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design tools is a plus.
  • Innovative & Detail-Oriented: Passion for generating fresh ideas and delivering high-quality, polished designs.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation: Ability to articulate and explain creative concepts and strategies clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
