Northampton | Full-time | Office-based | £28-35k dependent on experience

We’re looking for a Middleweight Creative Designer who can take an idea, shape it, and make it sing. Someone who understands brand, knows digital inside out, and creates visuals that make people go WOW. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop visually compelling designs for B2B marketing campaigns, including branding, websites, email, exhibitions, and digital
  • Front-end UX and UI design including prototyping
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions that align with their branding and messaging
  • Ensure that designs are optimised for various devices and platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve design skills and knowledge
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and designs are of high quality
  • Provide feedback and creative input to team members
  • Turn briefs into concepts, and concepts into visuals that perform
  • Take pride in the details (because they matter)

What we're looking for:

  • A Bachelors degree in graphic design, Digital Design, or related field (experience only considered)
  • 3-5 years’ studio or agency experience
  • Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour
  • Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and platforms
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus points for knowledge of HTML/CSS and working with CMS (WordPress)
  • Bonus points for Marketing Automation, Figma, After Effects, or motion skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a feel for what makes B2B engaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
