• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualified experience in Children’s Assessment and Duty teams.
• Experience with CIN, CP, and LAC cases.
• Completing SWETs, Section 7 reports, and Section 47 assessments.
• Participation in strategy discussions, ICPCs, and handling complex CP and CLA cases, including visits and reviews.
• Conducting Section 47 investigations, writing court reports, and attending court proceedings.
• Attending strategy, network, and professional meetings.
