About the role:
We are seeking experienced System Analysts to join our team for engaging projects focused on process automation and client identification within the banking sector.

Your future responsibilities:

• Work with detailed requirements, refine and analyze them effectively.
• Design and visualize business processes through diagrams and models.
• Prepare detailed specifications for software development.
• Assign tasks to developers and oversee implementation to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Develop documentation for transferring new and updated banking products for testing and deployment.
• Provide testing recommendations and support during product validation.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in banking or in an IT company.
• Solid understanding of business analysis principles and requirements management, with practical application skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern analysis tools such as Camunda BPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.
• Proficiency in process modeling notations: BPMN, UML, IDEF.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of Client-Server and Microservices architectures.
• Basic knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Groovy (or Java), and SQL.
• Experience in web and mobile application development projects.
• Ability to specify requirements for front-end, back-end, and core systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the banking sector, FinTech, or with banking processes (especially related to individual card products).
• Knowledge of banking, accounting, and management principles in Ukraine.
• Understanding of typical interactions between banking systems (e.g., banking software, CRM, core banking systems).
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
• Experience in implementing or refining core banking systems.
