WE BUILD

You will be part of the PMO Team responsible for delivering projects to clients. We are among the TOP-10 PMOs in Ukraine according to PMI UA Awards. You will join a team with well-defined processes and support. Our projects span various business fields and geographies including the UK, USA, and Europe.

BEING PART OF THE TEAM

• Release planning and full release responsibility, including coordination with other parties.
• Communication with clients and end-users.
• Resolving and escalating team blockers.
• Cost management and budget planning for new projects.
• Moderating project estimations and preparing proposals regarding team composition, skills, and budgets.
• Reporting project progress to clients and end-users.
• Managing scope and change requests.
• Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks.
• Working under the supervision of a Senior PM.

POWER YOU BRING

• 3+ years of project management experience on small to medium projects with a team size of 7-25 members.
• Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Processes.
• Broad knowledge of project management standards and practices, capable of managing all project phases.
• Proven ability to manage organizations of 7-25 people.
• Well-organized, highly motivated, and effective at handling multiple tasks.
• Adaptive to change and detail-oriented.
• Team player.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
