Our client, an expanding boutique London-based hedge fund, is looking to hire a Middle Office Analyst to join its lean and highly collaborative team.
The firm specializes in multi-asset quant-focused strategies. With over 20 years of experience, they continue to expand their presence and refine their operational processes.
This is a broad middle office role covering trade capture, settlements, valuations, reconciliations, and full trade lifecycle management. The hire will work across multiple asset classes, specifically options, futures, and forwards, while also collaborating closely with internal teams such as Front Office and Investor Relations, as well as external counterparties like custodians and brokers.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in operations or middle office within the buy-side or sell-side, along with a strong understanding of listed and OTC derivatives. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, while experience with SQL or VBA would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
My client is offering a competitive base salary of up to £65k, with high-performing middle office analysts typically receiving a large % of this as a year-end bonus. The firm has a flexible WFH policy that requires employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
