Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Middle level Accountant to own complex financial processes in a dynamic, international environment. You will prepare statutory financial statements, deliver management accounts, and ensure compliance across multiple group entities.

You will work within a remote structure, liaising with senior finance leaders, and apply international accounting standards (UK/US GAAP) while leveraging Workday and other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Hold or be actively pursuing a recognized professional accounting certification (ACCA/ACA/CPA or Greek equivalent).
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with international accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting for multi-company or cross-border groups; asset management or financial services experience is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a remote reporting structure and following review procedures with senior finance leaders.
• Experience with advanced accounting or ERP systems, especially Workday.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for quarterly VAT filings and international regulatory reporting; deliver monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage statutory accounting for the local entity in line with Greek tax and VAT regulations.

• Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and respond to data requests.

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to step up as a Middle level Accountant and take ownership of complex financial processes within a dynamic, international environment?

On behalf of our client, an established multi-entity organization, we are seeking a driven Middle level Accountant. In this role as a Middle level Accountant, you will manage the preparation of accounting records and management accounts for a designated portfolio of group entities, while taking on increasing responsibilities in statutory financial reporting under international standards.

In compliance with pay transparency and equal treatment obligations (Greek Law 5316/2026 & EU Directive 2023/970), the applicable salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates invited for an assessment interview, prior to its conduction.
