A software development company is looking for a great, long-term Middle Full-Stack Engineer.

The company creates the world’s most used route sequencing and optimization software for small businesses and enterprises. With over 35,000 customers, the company helps last mile businesses save money, time, and labor, providing seamless continuity through route planning, dispatch, navigation, and tracking.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop backend solutions using Laravel and PHP (MVC, OOP, SOLID principles);
2. Build client-side applications using Vue.js;
3. Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins;
4. Implement designs from Figma and integrate UI solutions;
5. Integrate external APIs and optimize application performance;
6. Maintain technical documentation and participate in agile processes.

Required skills and experience:

1. 5+ years of PHP development experience, with at least 3 years working with Laravel;
2. Proficiency in WordPress development (custom themes/plugins);
3. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Git, and setting up CI/CD (GitHub Actions);
4. Experience with Figma and converting design mockups into code;
5. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English;
6. Willingness to work within the European time zone;
7. Understanding of web server operations (configuration, optimization, basic administration);
8. Quick learner capable of adopting new technologies rapidly;
9. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
