Now we are looking for a Middle Frontend Developer who will help us identify, implement, and manage web-based initiatives to guarantee that the information is presented to end users in an inviting and pertinent style.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications (mainly our website) to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Helping improve the overall experience of our website by improving the quality of the frontend features.
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical ones.
  • Utilising a high-quality code, including continuous integration, declarative, and functional programming.
  • Collaborating with Tech, Sales, Customer Success and other teams to develop and execute sustainable and powerful ideas.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in web development or a related field.
  • Good command of Russian and English.
  • Notion of HTML, CSS, SCSS, React, Typescript, and JavaScript.
  • Notion of current web accessibility standards and requirements.
  • Experience working with front-end animation libraries like GSAP, Tween, or anime.js
  • Understanding marketing concepts such as conversion, analytics, A/B testing, lead generation, buyer journeys, and search engine optimization will be a huge plus.
  • Experience working with Apollo GraphQL, Git, and WordPress will be valued a lot.
  • Excellent team communication skills, ability to build the right connections with stakeholders, proactivity, and desire to take ownership of the project.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and work within deadlines.
