Job summary

Chellaston Academy is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisors to help ensure a safe and positive lunchtime experience for students. You will supervise dining areas and outdoor spaces, support students moving around the site, and promote calm, respectful behaviour while maintaining cleanliness.

Successful candidates will be able to work well as part of a team, demonstrate flexibility, and have a commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children, behaviour management or health and safety practices would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding and helping create a safe lunchtime experience for all students.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining areas and outdoor spaces during lunch breaks.

About this Role

We are seekingenthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisors to join our team at ChellastonAcademy. This important role involves ensuring the safety, welfare and positivebehaviour of students during lunch breaks. You will supervise dining areas andoutdoor spaces, support students as they move around the site, promote a calmand respectful environment, and help maintain high standards of cleanlinessacross lunchtime facilities. As part of our wider academy team, you will play avaluable role in supporting students and upholding our core values ofIntegrity, Care and Excellence.
