Job description

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly staff team from September 2025. This role will work from Monday to Friday, 11:45am until 1pm (1.25 hours per shift worked), term time only.

The successful applicant will need to have a calm personality and be committed, caring and enthusiastic, with an interest in working with children. The successful applicant must work well as part of a team and have good communication skills with adults and children alike.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting the children at lunch, ensuring they eat well and that their eating area is kept clean and tidy; and
• Supervising the children within our outdoor grounds and encouraging them to play appropriate games, as well as other related duties.
