Job summary

Marden Lodge Primary School in Caterham, Surrey, is seeking enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our friendly team on a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027. The role covers lunchtimes from 11:30am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.

You will help ensure pupil wellbeing, safety and enjoyment, supervise lunch and play activities, and promote positive behaviour in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to be open with children/students and have sympathy for their concerns.
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Supportive and encouraging nature
• Proven Ability to work on own initiative
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety
• A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults
