Mill Green School in St Helens is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join a friendly, supportive team during term time.
You will work Monday to Friday from 12.15pm to 1.45pm, building trusting relationships with pupils with diverse needs, supporting their wellbeing and daily routines, and ensuring a calm, safe lunch and break period. The role offers opportunities to contribute to a caring school community and professional development.
Mill Green School is an Outstanding Community Special School in St Helens, catering for the individual needs of young people aged 14 to 19 who present with a diverse range of needs including severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple complex physical/medical needs and autism. Many of our young people also have social communication difficulties, sensory or physical impairments which means that they benefit from the high quality specialist support the school is able to offer.
Mill Green is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.
The successful candidate will need to be able to build trusting relationships with our young people. They will possess good communication, be flexible, will work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate patience and kindness to our students. It’s a unique challenge and you will be very much part of a hard-working, dedicated and friendly team.
Hours of work would be Monday - Friday, during term time, from 12.15pm - 1.45pm
