Midday Supervisors (Bank Staff Flexible Supply) – Primary Schools in Sittingbourne

Flexible / Supply Basis
Typically 1.5-2 hours per day over lunchtime

We are looking to build a bank of reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team and support primary schools across Sittingbourne. This is a flexible supply role, ideal for those who enjoy working with children and are looking for part-time work that can fit around other commitments.

About the Role

As a Midday Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise children during the lunch break, both in the dining hall and on the playground.
• Encourage positive play and social interaction.
• Support with promoting good behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Help younger children with routines, such as eating and tidying up.

• Experience of working with children is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
