Job summary

Stretton Church of England Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Midday Supervisor to supervise pupils at lunchtime, ensuring safety and positive engagement. You will join a caring, collaborative team and support welfare and conduct during the school day’s break period.

The role involves working as part of a supportive senior leadership environment, with safeguarding checks in place and a welcoming school ethos focused on pupil wellbeing and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children during lunchtimes or school activities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a school setting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare with appropriate DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Support and engage with pupils in play and activities.
• Contribute to creating a calm, orderly lunchtime environment and model positive behaviour.
