Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment during the school day? We’re looking for a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our welcoming SEN school in Bournemouth!

Position: Midday Supervisor
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours: Term-time, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Contract: Part-time

About Us:
The school caters for primary students in Year 1 - 6 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

Your Role:

  • Supervising children during lunchtimes and play activities
  • Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all students
  • Supporting children with additional needs as required
  • Promoting social interaction and good behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching staff and support teams

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children, preferably in SEN settings
  • Is patient, compassionate, and proactive
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive environment
