Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a reliable Midday Assistant to join our friendly team at The Beaulieu Park School. The role is 6.25 hours per week, offering a supportive working environment within a caring school community.

You will help supervise pupils at lunchtime and during the school day, promoting safety and wellbeing in line with our inclusive values and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Patient, calm and confident with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support lunch-time supervision and supervise pupils during the school day.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
• Be part of a supportive team and follow school procedures and safeguarding policies.
