Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking a friendly and reliable Midday Meal Supervisor to support primary schools during lunchtime. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and supervise dining and play areas.

This part-time role offers flexible hours during term time. No previous experience is required, but patience, good communication and a genuine interest in children’s wellbeing are valued. Training is provided and you will contribute to a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to promote positive play and resolve minor disagreements.
• Ability to supervise lunchtime routines and ensure safety.
