A local educational partnership in South Woodham Ferrers is seeking Midday Assistants to support children during lunchtimes and playtimes. This part-time role involves supervising and engaging with pupils to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and caring individuals who enjoy working with children and can foster positive social interactions.
MIDDAY ASSISTANTS - Term Time Only
Contract: Part time/Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday and Friday 11:55 AM - 1:10 PM (2.5 hours a week)
Working Weeks: 38 Weeks (term time)
Salary: Scale 2 Points 3-4 £1397.78 - £1419.76 pa
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Midday Assistants to join our team. This is a vital role in the school day, helping ensure that lunchtimes are calm, safe, and enjoyable for all our pupils. Whether helping younger children with their meals, encouraging positive play, or supporting transitions in the hall, your presence and engagement will make a real difference.
