Job Description:

A Mid Weight Residential Interior Designer job is available in SW London. This all-round opportunity will see you developing concept and schematic designs, sourcing materials and fabrics, and running projects from start to finish. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven designer looking for a new challenge.

This team of 17 architects and interior designers are known not only for their unique portfolio of understated, high-end residential projects but also for their fantastic dynamic and friendly office environment. With an exciting pipeline of projects, they are currently looking for an experienced Mid Weight Residential Interior Designer to join them and run residential projects across all stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director of Interior Design
• Researching, producing and developing imaginative concepts
• Producing and presenting conceptual design presentations
• Running multiple high-end residential projects at once
• Drafting/reviewing detailed technical drawings and complete tender packages
• Working on FF&E selection, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
• Liaising directly with HNWI
• Collaborating effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' high-end residential experience in the UK
• Outstanding client liaison abilities and experience working with HNWI
• Strong knowledge of a variety of materials and their suitability for diverse applications
• Strong understanding of current trends in the interior design industry
• Interior architecture experience with ability to draft/review technical packages and bespoke joinery
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
