Mid-weight Medical Copywriter

We seek a talented Medical Copywriter to craft scientifically accurate promotional content across healthcare accounts. Responsibilities include owning brand messaging, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining scientific integrity and attention to detail. The role also involves mentoring junior writers, contributing to pitches, and providing expertise in scientific communication and copywriting.

Requirements:

• Proven excellence in medical copywriting
• Ability to mentor junior team members

Skills:

• Experience in developing multi-channel communication strategies
• Confidence in client presentations and addressing MLR queries

Business Development:

• Contributing to new business pitches and growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality promotional copy per client briefs
• Ensure content complies with ABPI and regulatory standards
• Translate complex scientific info into clear messages
• Work across formats including sales aids, websites, videos, and patient materials
• Present and defend work in client meetings
• Support and review junior writers’ work
