Mid-weight Medical Copywriter

We are seeking a talented Midweight Medical Copywriter to craft compelling, scientifically accurate promotional content across healthcare accounts. Responsibilities include managing brand messaging, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining scientific integrity and attention to detail.

The role also involves mentoring junior writers, contributing to new business pitches, and being a trusted voice in scientific communication and copywriting excellence.

What we’re looking for:

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Proven excellence in medical copywriting
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Strategic & Client Skills:

• Experience in developing communication strategies and multi-channel content
• Confidence in presenting to clients and handling MLR queries

Business Development:

• Active contribution to new business pitches and growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality promotional copy aligned with client briefs
• Ensure content complies with ABPI and regulatory standards
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging messages
• Work across formats such as sales aids, websites, videos, and patient materials
• Present and defend work confidently in client meetings
• Review and support work from junior writers
• Proficient with Veeva, FUSE, and Proof
