Qualifications
At least three years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of high-end residential projects.
Solid understanding of FF&E procurement and technical design.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Support FF&E design, furniture layouts, and cost planning; ensure the project vision is achieved.
Design bespoke joinery and FF&E; prepare technical drawings.
Develop concept materials such as mood boards and client presentations.
Attend trade fairs and supplier meetings; collaborate with contractors and suppliers.
With senior guidance, lead smaller projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate closely with senior designers and directors.
