Soho House & Co is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to deliver high-quality design deliverables from concept through FF&E specification and construction documents in London. You will work on large or multiple projects under the guidance of the Senior Designer/Lead Designer, ensuring projects meet milestones, budgets and design intent across all stages.

Qualificações

• Experience in concept generation and delivering design deliverables from concept to construction documents.
• Ability to manage project timelines and budgets across multiple projects.
• Strong coordination with project team and procurement to maintain design intent.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high quality project design deliverables from concept to construction packages.
• Coordinate with project team following design management processes.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are met under Senior/Lead Designer supervision.
• Create design schedules, drawings, and liaise with suppliers for prototypes.
• Manage interior design budget and collaborate with Procurement to ensure delivery.
• Maintain integrity of design solutions through development stages.
• Review stages with Lead Designer and Design Director for key milestones.
• Log project hours in Harvest daily.
• Monitor resources and support staff wellbeing on projects.
• Ensure projects follow office standards and update design programmes.
• Familiarise with project programme, deadlines and budgets at Stage 1.
• Lead final layout planning and FF&E proposals at Stage 2.
• Prepare Tender Packages and construction drawings at Stage 3.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate delivery/installation at Stage 4.
• Oversee handover documents, snagging and post-install follow-up at Stage 5.
