Soho House in London is seeking a mid-weight designer to join its team. The role covers producing high quality project design deliverables from concept generation to FF&E specification and construction documents, for one large project or several smaller ones under senior designer guidance.

You will manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination with procurement, design team, and suppliers; attend site meetings; and supervise installation and handover, with at least five years’ experience.

Formación

• Five years of professional interior design experience.
• Ability to produce FF&E specifications and construction drawings.
• Excellent design management and collaboration with procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concept direction with the senior/lead designer.
• Prepare detailed design packages and tender packages.
• Coordinate with procurement and the design team to ensure delivery.
• Attend site meetings and oversee installation and handover.
• Monitor project milestones and budgets while maintaining design integrity.
