In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping exceptional design concepts from the ground up. Working closely with the Senior team, you’ll help translate the client brief into compelling visual narratives, sourcing mood imagery, defining materiality, and recommending finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery in line with the studio’s distinct design standards. You’ll contribute to the development of plans and elevations during concept stages, support the creation of materials and image libraries, and present ideas confidently to clients and their representatives. Daily collaboration with the wider studio team and design support team will ensure seamless progress and alignment across all design elements.

Alongside the creative process, you’ll be responsible for key aspects of project delivery, managing drawings for full construction, legal, and planning packages, contributing to presentation boards, and attending site visits and consultant meetings with the Senior Designer. Your understanding of project timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations will be vital, as will your ability to communicate clearly with contractors, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the studio. You’ll also play a role in maintaining project documentation, while mentoring junior team members and supporting a productive, collaborative working environment.
