A House & Garden top 100 interior design studio is seeking a talented Midweight Interior Designer to join their growing team in North London. With a strong creative ethos and a focus on collaboration, the studio transforms residential spaces into peaceful, inspiring homes that reflect the individuality of their clients. Their projects span across the UK, central Europe, India, Malaysia, and wider Asia, blending architectural sensitivity with refined interior finishes to create luxurious yet liveable environments.
This opportunity is ideal for a designer with at least 3 years of professional experience in high-end residential interiors. The role involves working closely with senior team members on bespoke homes for high-net-worth clients, taking projects from concept through to completion. It is important that you have a flair for beautiful, functional design and the ability to create compelling presentations, detailed technical drawings, and complete FF&E specifications. A deep understanding of materials, finishes, and supplier networks in the luxury residential sector is expected.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable communicating directly with clients and contractors. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a naturally collaborative approach are key, as is the ability to supervise junior team members when required. Responsibilities will include managing budgets and procurement schedules in Estimac, producing and presenting design schemes, sourcing both new and antique FF&E, and overseeing installations to the highest standard.
In return, the studio offers a supportive and inclusive working environment with strong opportunities for growth. Team members benefit from hands-on experience with international projects, thoughtful workplace perks including birthday and Christmas gifts, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team with a global impact.
