Are you a talented Interior Designer with workplace or office design experience? Are you looking for a new challenge in a creative environment with a top-tier business?

Juice is partnering with an award-winning commercial interior design company, seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to work on a range of commercial projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound refurbishments.

Our client believes everyone deserves a space to thrive, and you will help create those spaces, bringing clients' visions to life. Beyond aesthetics, you'll craft functional spaces that enhance user experiences.

Day to day:

You will design inspirational workplaces tailored to specific people, brands, cultures, and environments. You should be capable of content creation and able to pitch your design ideas confidently to multiple clients.

You will mentor interns, graduate designers, and junior designers, with support and mentorship from Senior Designers and Creative Leads to help advance your career.

We would love to see:

• At least three years of practical experience in workplace or commercial office design.
• A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Office 365, Procore, SketchUp + Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent visual and verbal presentation skills.
• Knowledge of workplace best practices.
• Up-to-date knowledge of materials, fabrics, and brands.
• Strong spatial awareness and visualization skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Based in central Bath, in inspiring offices.
