They are open to considering designers without motion as long as your graphic designs are out of the box and super creative. As a Mid-Weight Designer, you'll be an integral part of the design team, collaborating with senior designers and leading race event projects. You'll own design initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Your creative vision will fuel the brand's identity, shaping event branding, digital assets, and marketing materials that embody their innovative and sustainable ethos.

Responsibilities:

• Champion and evolve the visual identity, maintaining consistency in color, typography, and design systems.
• Collaborate on diverse projects, spanning event branding, digital assets, marketing materials, and activation design.
• Spearhead creative ideation, presenting compelling concepts and executing high-quality designs from brief to production.
• Meticulously manage design files, master assets, and templates to ensure seamless workflows.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of creative excellence and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with external partners, including illustrators, animators, and other specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in creative and design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in event branding, brand identity, and marketing collateral.
• A passion for generating innovative ideas and transforming them into exceptional design solutions.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Basic or advanced motion graphics experience.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools, digital activations, or interactive design.
• Experience with event production, environmental design, or physical activations.
