The Role

As our Mid-Weight Designer, you’ll be excited about bringing to life ideas across our brand and campaign work. That’ll be across all major mediums and could be anything from the development of a brand identity, visual language and brand guidelines to bespoke digital campaigns or activation.

Our fast paced and collaborative way of working means there’s never a dull moment.

You’ll be confident in helping to originate and craft robust design solutions as a team as well as working independently. You’ll have a love for getting stuck into all areas of the design process, often seeing projects through from start to finish.

And of course, share our passion for learning and enhancing the creative we put out there.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and develop high-quality design work across advertising campaigns and brand identity projects
Deliver exceptional layouts and typographic solutions across print and digital platforms
Collaborate with the Art Director, Writer and fellow Designers to produce striking design solutions that are in line with strategy, briefing and brand
Create mood boards, design concepts, and presentation decks that bring ideas to life
Contribute to the development of full brand design systems, including visual identity, graphic language, toolkits and guidelines.
Work confidently across multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time and to brief
Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail at every stage of the process
Participate in internal reviews, client presentations, and creative brainstorming sessions

What We’re Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating considered and effective design solutions across multiple mediums
A deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to originate compelling design solutions beyond standard style guided templates
Confident working across campaign concepts, brand identity, and roll-out assets
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – Animation skills a bonus)
Able to present and communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passionate about great design, current trends, and emerging technologies
