Your new role

We’re hiring a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. As an all-round Designer, you’ll have a sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and imagery - and bring that same care and creativity to motion and video.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. From brand systems to campaign creative to animated content, you’ll be the guardian of our visual language and a key voice in how we express ourselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve our visual brand identity across all external-facing channels
  • Design compelling creative for campaigns, case studies, reports, website, social, and more
  • Create and maintain a robust set of brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries
  • Develop visual collateral that turns technical ideas into accessible and engaging content
  • Partner with product designers to ensure consistency and alignment across marketing and product surfaces
  • Lead the visual development of brand campaigns - from concept to execution
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and best practices across all design output
  • Manage and direct external freelancers or creative partners when additional support is needed

  • Built scalable design systems and processes that enable creative excellence

  • Contributed to cross-functional projects, hitting deadlines with ease
  • Contributed to a cohesive and memorable brand experience at every customer touchpoint
What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will bring design experience, systems thinking, and a passion for visual storytelling. You’ll likely have:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal or agency design roles
  • A portfolio that showcases a strong design point of view and versatility across mediums (including motion and video)
  • Proven ability to distill complex ideas into accessible visual solutions
  • A solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory
  • A great teammate with a collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines and departments
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and creative execution
  • Experience of crafting designs and artwork for both digital and print
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
