Job description

Mid-Weight Creative Team, Art & Copy (CRM Focus)

London, United Kingdom

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a mid-level creative team who are highly skilled in the field of customer engagement. You’ll be as excited about the rigour of CX as the vigour of brand thinking, with a deep understanding of the power that personalisation and data can bring to creative ideas. You’ll develop work that wows, wherever a customer interacts with a brand—from 1-2-1 comms and app-based thinking to next-level social engagement, content, and brand experience.

You’ll be curious, imaginative, and ready to craft bold, impactful work that elevates the customer experience everywhere. One of you loves writing and is skilled at flexing tone of voice to suit different audiences and mediums, while the other thrives on crafting visual systems that captivate across formats. Together, you’ll embrace constant learning, draw inspiration from the world around you, and push creative boundaries.

At Ogilvy, you’ll have the tools, support, and freedom to do your best work—and redefine what’s possible. Bring your ideas. Bring your experiences. Bring your unique story and perspective. Diverse thinking leads to better ideas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Do the best work of your life.
  • Deliver on time and against the brief while also bringing proactive genius.
  • Develop your craft.
  • Learn from everyone.
  • Work closely with junior teams to help develop their creative thinking and craft.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You’re driven, creative, and culturally aware, and you’re passionate about pushing creative boundaries with fresh, exciting ideas.
  • You’ll have a passion for customer experience and the ability to flex into every aspect of brand marketing.
  • You’ll have experience working in a direct or customer experience agency.
  • Your portfolio showcases bold thinking and impactful creative strategies.
  • You tackle challenges head-on, crafting unique solutions and turning complexity into compelling campaigns.
  • You have an enthusiasm for growth, an openness to feedback, and a drive to constantly improve.

ABOUT OGILVY:

For us, diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into everything that we do. We believe that for creativity to flourish, everything about how we work must have diversity at its core. Your race, colour, ethnic, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability have no bearing on our hiring decisions, but we encourage everyone to express their true selves in an environment we are consistently striving to make as inclusive as possible.

We aim to facilitate an accessible and positive application experience for all candidates. If you require any adjustments from us to support you through the process or expect to require any adjustments to working conditions to be able to best perform in the role, please let us know. We are happy to consider all reasonable adjustments.
