What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transforming Ideas into Engaging Collateral: Interpret detailed briefs to produce high-quality design and artwork for marketing campaigns, events, and communications. Create compelling short-form video content and social media posts, animating your designs to grab attention.
• Adapt and Evolve: Tailor assets to various formats and sizes while maintaining a consistent and premium brand presence.
• Master the Details: Prepare design and artwork files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency at every step.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the lead designer, in-house copywriters, and clients to brainstorm, share ideas, and deliver outstanding work.
• Growth Mindset: Continuously develop and refine your technical skills to stay ahead in the ever-evolving design world.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mastery of Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat), with a solid understanding of Figma.
• Technical Ability: Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps.
• Impeccable Attention to Detail: You know how to make every design perfect, no matter the size or format.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with a wide range of teams and clients.
• Brand Custodian: Experience working within strict global brand guidelines, ensuring every project aligns with high corporate standards.
