About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, creative all-rounder to join our team as a Mid-Weight Content Creator & Presenter.

You’ll be comfortable in front of the camera and just as confident behind it — ideating, filming, and editing engaging vertical content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll know what’s trending, how to act naturally on camera, and how to make content that audiences actually want to watch. Bonus points if you can bring ideas to the table for pitches and strategy sessions too. Not an essential but our dream candidate would also have a bit of experience or just a passion for either gaming or comedy!

What you’ll be doing:

Present and act in short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Shoot and edit content using your phone (and Adobe Suite when needed)
Turn briefs into scroll-stopping video content that delivers for clients
Add creative flair using effects, music, voiceover, and transitions
Pitch content ideas rooted in social trends and audience insight
Develop mock content and creative examples for strategy sessions and new business pitches
Keep tabs on platform trends, memes, and best practices
Set the standard for what good content looks like
Mentor junior creators and contribute ideas across the wider social team

What we’re looking for:

On-Camera Confidence: You’re a natural in front of the camera — whether presenting, acting, or jumping on trends
Content Creation Skills: You can shoot and edit high-quality videos on your phone, with a great eye for pacing and storytelling
Editing Know-How: Comfortable using mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot etc.) and basic Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus)
Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts — and how audiences behave on each
Trend Spotter: Always ahead of what’s next — from audios and effects to formats and filters
