We're working with an award-winning creative agency to find an experienced Creative Artworker to join their London studio. The Role

As a Creative Artworker, you’ll play a vital part in the final stages of the design process, taking ideas and translating them into flawless deliverables across print and digital platforms. From preparing artwork for production to creating design assets for websites, social media, presentations, and reports – your focus will be on precision, consistency, and brand integrity.

You’ll also be a key collaborator within the studio, working closely with designers, project managers, and client teams as the sole artwork expert. A proactive mindset and the ability to work efficiently under pressure will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

1. Producing accurate artwork across a range of media, from digital campaigns to printed collateral and campaigns.
2. Adapting and reformatting assets to suit different specifications and platforms.
3. Building templates and layouts for client use, including PowerPoint and Word documents.
4. Creating visuals that support brand storytelling – from infographics to charts and data-driven graphics.
5. Liaising with suppliers to ensure assets are delivered to the correct specs.
6. Providing technical guidance to internal teams and ensuring all work meets brand guidelines.
7. Supporting the team with retouching, image editing, and preparing final files for production.

Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within a branding, marketing, or design agency and with a grounding in print.
2. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Strong understanding of print production and digital output requirements.
4. Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint at a template level.
5. Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
6. Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with others to deliver great work.
7. Bonus points for experience in After Effects, Figma, and working within the financial/professional service sectors.
