Job summary

Redgate in Cambridge is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer to deliver significant features end-to-end across our internal systems. You'll work across data, security, licensing, identity and usage, collaborating with product teams and the Shared Applications & Services group.

The role emphasizes learning, code quality, and architecture, with exposure to C#/.NET, React, Azure and observability tooling. Expect a hybrid working pattern with in-office presence about every two weeks and a salary up

Qualifications

• Solid experience with C#/.NET, SQL, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to apply design principles and architectural patterns.
• Understanding of trade-offs in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Work across systems spanning data, security, purchasing, licensing, identity, authentication and usage.
• Influence architectural decisions and deepen your understanding of how Redgate's platform is designed and operated.
• Take ownership of production issues, from investigation through to resolution and prevention.
• Exposure to a broad tech stack spanning C#/.NET, React, Azure, event-driven architecture and observability tooling.
