Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Mid Shift Warehouse Operator in Paisley to join a busy distribution team. The permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £34,137.50 per annum, regular overtime and a supportive environment.

You will operate Reach Trucks, pick and dispatch goods, maintain stock accuracy with RF scanners, and work to health and safety standards. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
• Reach Truck Licence desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and reliable history.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck to replenish pick faces and shelving.
• Assist with the accurate assembly and picking of customer orders.
• Organise, storing and replenishing stock within the warehouse.
• Use handheld RF scanners to accurately record stock movements.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain health and safety standards.
• Support inbound team by receiving deliveries and stock checks.
