Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Paisley. The role involves loading/unloading, parcel sorting, and preparing items for dispatch in a busy warehouse environment. Ongoing work with consistent hours and weekly pay.

Shift pattern is Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 05:00. Candidates should be reliable, physically able, and have previous warehouse or distribution experience. On-site training and recruitment support are provided throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/parcel sorting experience desirable.
• Be able to perform manual handling and lifting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Own transport due to 05:00 start time.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parcels and freight.
• Sorting parcels accurately for dispatch.
• Moving goods safely around the warehouse.
• Preparing items for delivery routes.
• Manual handling, including lifting, bending, and moving stock.
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team where required.
