You will lead project activities to ensure safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a relevant mechanical qualification and experience managing projects of £10m. A competitive salary of £50K-£55K plus additional benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-value mechanical building service projects (£10m).
• Prior roles: Mechanical Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, MEP Manager, or E&E Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maximise opportunities, efficiency, and profitability in projects.
• Lead project risk identification and mitigation.
• Provide site progress updates to managers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
