Mid - Senior Interior Designer

Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 p/annum

An exciting opportunity awaits a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a globally recognized interior design studio, renowned for delivering luxurious and innovative projects in the Hospitality sector, with a particular focus on spa and casino interiors. With an emphasis on high-end spa and casino interiors, this role would suit an accomplished Senior Interior Designer or a skilled Mid-Weight Interior Designer looking to advance their career in a globally acclaimed studio.

Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Duties:

• Design Development: Create and deliver innovative interior concepts tailored for spa and casino environments, reflecting luxury and functionality.
• Space Planning: Develop layouts that enhance guest experiences, ensuring optimal flow and spatial harmony for high-traffic areas.
• Material and Finish Selection: Specify premium materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals and maintain the highest design standards.
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of interior design, from concept through to completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior and middleweight designers, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality specifications, on-time deliveries, and adherence to budget.
• Client Engagement: Present design concepts and solutions to clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress, ensuring every detail aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience delivering luxury Hospitality projects, with a focus on spa and casino interiors
• Strong background in project management and team leadership within London-based studios
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A high-quality portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury interior design
• Previous senior-level experience and management skills are highly desirable
