Mid/Senior Domain Architect - Telecoms
Project Title: Enterprise Architecture & OSS Transformation
Location: Hybrid London-centric role (3 days onsite)

Project aspirations and success criteria
Flint is looking for domain architects to work closely with development teams and break down high-level architecture into actionable plans.
- Deliver well-defined HLD/LLD documentation to enable development teams.
- Ensure traceability of architectural design back to business requirements.
- Act as a facilitator between system-wide architecture and implementation teams.
Project current state
Our client is forming a "tactical core team" to own the architectural outcomes. The company needs domain architects to refine high-level designs into HLD/LLD.
Expected to work within a small team alongside Endava engineers and coordinate with Architectural Lead and Engineering Managers.
Success criteria for candidate
- Produce high-quality HLD/LLD documentation that aligns with business needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure implementation feasibility.
- Assist in the transition from a T&M model to an outcome-based delivery approach.
