Job Opportunity: Mid-Weight Designer

Tomorrow, a renowned brand, design, and content consultancy specializing in destinations, architecture, hospitality, and premium brands, is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join their team. They are trusted by prestigious global brands and visionary developers to translate ideas with elegance and intelligence, delivering exceptional returns, lasting value, and meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects, delivering crafted and original brand identities under the guidance of the Creative Director.
• Create and visualize concepts across print, digital, environments, film, and animation.
• Assist in planning and sourcing top-tier talent for film and photography projects.
• Prepare and deliver clear, strategic creative presentations alongside the Creative Director.
• Mentor Junior Designers on large projects, providing guidance and creative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• Interest in solving complex brand and visual identity systems.
• Passion for crafting monograms, lettering, and typography.
• Technical expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Glyphs is advantageous.
• Skills in identity design, editorial, and publishing.
