Mid/Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain & IBP - Hybrid (1 day a week in office)

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for transforming supply chain operations through analytics? We’re looking for experienced Mid & Senior Data Analysts to support integrated business planning (IBP) and advanced analytics initiatives for a leading multinational organisation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategic insights, automate planning processes, and drive real business impact in demand forecasting and supply planning. If you enjoy using data to influence decisions and lead transformation, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Use data to increase automation in forecasting and reduce manual effort
• Identify areas to improve analytics performance and guide Data Science teams
• Implement and maintain advanced planning processes and playbooks
• Automate reporting workflows and deliver actionable insights
• Lead training and change management efforts across planning teams
• Influence stakeholders across business units and leadership levels
• Manage relationships, lead impact assessments, and support global IBP initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative culture

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• Substantial experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, IBP or similar
• Strong skills in Excel/SQL; Python or R a plus
• Hands-on experience with tools like o9, SAP IBP, Anaplan, or Kinaxis
• Proven success in stakeholder engagement and leading transformation
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills
