Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows and identify where automation will make the biggest difference.
• Build automated solutions that remove manual tasks and improve reliability.
• Prototype ideas quickly and gather feedback from product, tech, and operational teams.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and continue improving the systems you build.
• Track hours saved, error reduction, and overall business impact.
• Work closely with engineering, DevOps and operational teams to align on priorities.

Skills

Strong experience in automation and systems thinking

Understanding of AI and ML, including LLMs and prompt engineering

Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or LangChain

Experience with cloud environments, APIs, microservices, and Kafka

Good knowledge of automation tools (like N8N) and low-code platforms

Strong data skills, including modelling, analysis and preparing data for AI workflows

Clear communication and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams

Practical and curious with a solution-oriented mindset
