K3 Law, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its Manchester team. The Corporate Associate will manage mid-market transactions, advising sellers, buyers and private equity clients, and help shape the firm’s growth in a dynamic boutique environment.

Applicants should be UK-qualified solicitors with 2–4 years’ corporate experience, comfortable balancing office and home working, and eager to progress within a growing practice in the Northwest.

Qualifications

• UK qualified solicitor with 2–4 years corporate experience.
• Experience handling mid-market corporate transactions.
• Ability to work across Manchester/Bolton and remotely when required.
