Job summary

K3 Law, part of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its Manchester/Bolton team. You will manage a range of mid-market corporate transactions, advising sellers, buyers and private equity clients, with exposure to growth opportunities on national deals.

The K3 Law team works closely with several well-known M&A / corporate finance advisory businesses within the group advising sellers engaged in transactions, and acting for K3 Advisory Group on acquisitions, and other private-equity backed businesses on both acquisitions and investments.

The Opportunity

Following on from an outstanding performance in 2025, the K3 Law team has continued to grow its team and expand its reach nationally, recently establishing a presence in London and strengthening its Manchester / Northwest team, with appointments at all levels.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a newly / recently qualified lawyer to join the Manchester team as a Corporate Solicitor, supporting in managing a wide range of mid-market corporate transactions, advising sellers, buyers and private equity clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique corporate law firm already establishing itself as a serious challenger in the mid-market, and to play a lead role in the continued growth and expansion of the firm nationally.

You will be a Newly / Recently Qualified Solicitor able to meet the following criteria:

• At least 1 seat in Corporate Law
