The Role: Mid-Market Account Executive (New Biz + Expansion)

  • OTE: Double (Uncapped)

You’ll own the full sales cycle across mid-market and upper-SMB clients - closing £30–120K deals across fintech, SaaS, retail and data-rich industries. There’s SDR support and solid inbound, but this is a hunter role - ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage build, not playbook maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full-cycle sales process - from cold outbound to close - across mid-market clients.
  • Drive both new logo acquisition and strategic expansion plays.
  • Navigate stakeholders across ops, data, analytics, and commercial.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, SEs and marketing to land the message.
  • Contribute to the playbook and help shape what “great” looks like for this next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Need to Stand Out

  • 3–10 years of full-cycle SaaS experience - ideally with some data, analytics, or low-code exposure.
  • A track record of closing 5–6 figure deals. You know how to multi-thread, run a proper process, and close without discounting your soul away.
  • Outbound-first mindset. You’re not waiting around for a demo request - you go get it.
  • Commercial acumen paired with technical credibility. You can speak to value, but also get deep when needed.
  • Builder energy. You want a seat at the table, not just a seat in the office.
