Your Role in Our Mission

We seek a motivated Mid Market Account Manager focused on renewing and expanding current client accounts. You will drive value, foster relationships with key decision-makers, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Ideal candidates will have a consultative sales approach, a successful track record, and polished presentation skills. You will be responsible for achieving growth in recurring revenue, customer retention, and delivering an excellent sales experience.

Flexible, Hybrid Working

Our culture emphasizes collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships. The UK Sales team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 days a week, including Team Days on Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Grow revenue within existing accounts through renewals and expansion.
  2. Communicate our value proposition, leverage platform data, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
  3. Engage with multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance, Operations, and C-Suite.
  4. Conduct consultative meetings with senior executives to demonstrate business value.
  5. Partner with the Client Success team to maximize platform use and satisfaction.
  6. Track opportunities and customer details in Salesforce.
  7. Prepare tenders, RFPs, and sales documents.
Skills
  1. Proven success in closing deals and growing business in high-tech/SaaS environments.
  2. Consistent achievement of targets in B2B sales with organizations of 500-2,500 employees.
  3. Expertise in pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  4. Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
  5. Exceptional Salesforce hygiene and opportunity generation skills.
  6. Strong discovery, qualification, and needs analysis capabilities.
  7. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  8. Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
The Interview Process
  1. Initial telephone screening with Talent Acquisition.
  2. First-stage online interview with the Team Lead & Senior Member.
  3. Task and final interview with the Team Lead & Account Management Director.
